Your first month sets the foundation for everything that follows. Our goal is simple: dial in expectations, fix the obvious issues, and get your property running on a predictable, professional schedule.
What Happens in Month One
Here’s the real sequence:
- Visit #1: Baseline service. We clean up the immediate problem areas — mowing, edging, blowing, trimming — and document anything that needs attention.
- Visit #2: Optimization. We adjust mowing height, identify weak spots, evaluate plant health, and fine-tune the service plan.
- Visit #3–4: Consistency. By this point, your property settles into its routine and begins looking noticeably better. Turf thickens. Edges sharpen. Beds clean up. Irrigation or plant issues become clear.
- Communication: You’ll get updates, recommendations, and anything we catch that could save you money or prevent future damage.
This month is where we “learn the property” so we can maintain it without surprises.
